I have about half a pound of lovely blue Stilton left over from Xmas. I’ve already decided to have broccoli & Stilton soup tonight. We’ve had the usual stuffed mushrooms etc. I am looking for original (not cut and paste) ideas from you. What’s your favourite Stilton recipe?
I’ve tried most of these suggestions but thanks anyway.

Gonna have a bash at pooh bear’s strange but slightly plausible combination.

Time to use up the Xmas Stilton?
