How can you become a resident of Texas in order to pay in-state tuition?
I know many schools want you to live in Texas for at least 12-months, how can you prove you’ve lived in Texas for 12 months? What if you lived in texas for 3 months before getting a local driver’s license, do schools only accept the time after you go the license or is there a way to show you’ve already lived in Texas before the license was recieved.
